Since early 2012, GS Marketing Group (GSMG) has used FreshBooks to track time and expenses related to client projects. In April 2013, we started creating all invoices in FreshBooks, expanding from a pilot test group of clients.
When a new invoice is created and issued, you will receive an email notification with GS Marketing Group (firstname.lastname@example.org) in the "From:" field. The subject line will refer to the invoice number and the body of the message will include a link to view the invoice.
Please add the email address email@example.com to your list of "safe" contacts, to help avoid false-positives when your email client or service filters for spam.
Open the message to see the invoice number, invoice total and link. Click the included link to go to a view of the invoice in your Web browser. There, you may download or print a copy. Your click through the email to view online lets us know you have seen the invoice.
If the status remains "sent" but not "viewed" a week after the invoice is sent via email, we will follow up with you to make sure the email did not get trapped as spam. We also can send a printed copy via US mail. You are required to inform us of any changes to your mailing address, as we will send a printed copy via US mail to the mailing address shown on the invoice if repeated attempts at email delivery are unsuccessful.
After you have clicked to view your invoice, you will see a "Home" tab below the logo. You may click that "Home" tab to get a quick overview of your account with GSMG. Recent activity and account balance are presented for easy viewing. Click the "View Account Statement" link for a history of invoices, payments and credits. Estimates and Support are available in other tabs.
If you need help with an invoice, an estimate, your account or a project, you may open a support ticket in FreshBooks. Click the "Support" tab and create a new ticket. You may follow status on support tickets by returning to the same "Support" tab listing. Alternatively, you may submit a request (ticket) here, in the Help Center powered by Zendesk.
